Seamless Compound Applicator

Computrol has developed a new compound applicator capable of applying lining compound with no visible overlap. Ends can be lined with one or two turns of compound with reduced chuck speeds, reducing operating costs.

Computrol sells spare PLCs for Liner control systems. Spare PLCs are delivered with the latest program on record already loaded. Although the Systems PLCs used on these control systems are extremely reliable, over time they may need repair. Computrol can repair most damaged PLCs for much less than the cost of new.

M4010/M4011/M4012 Electronic Gun Controller Upgrades

The most common failure of a liner PLC is an output destroyed by a short circuit. New output cards have been developed that can withstand a direct short circuit applied to the output point. Computrol No Container - No Fill

This system ensures that fillers do not deliver product to filling stations if no container is present to receive it. The system is capable of detecting infeed and discharge jams for containers passing through the filler and provides easy setup for timing sensors. Statistics are kept on a shift basis, as well as overall system life. Optional DF1 communications allow SCADA systems to harvest this information as desired, as well as alter the setup of the system remotely. Computrol No Container - No Fill / No Container - No Lid for Integrated Filler/Seamer

This system expands on the No Container - No Fill concept to include No Container - No Lid functionality for an integrated seamer. As the name suggests, if no container is present, the lid infeed will be interrupted for that seaming station. The system uses one controller to accomplish both tasks.
